Go Ye Village, a Christ focused 55+ community, is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly and professional LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) who seek to serve in a Christian environment.
The primary work of an LPN will be to coordinate, plan, implement, delegate and evaluate the nursing care functions of the neighborhoods in order to provide quality services to residents. This includes initiating a comprehensive plan of care for each resident, participating in resident care conferences, monitoring and evaluating activities in order to provide quality improvement of resident care, provide education specific to the health care needs of the resident, demonstrate sound assessment skills, therapeutic communication techniques (verbal and nonverbal) listening abilities and positive customer relation skills, among other numerous nursing duties.
You must be cooperative, willing to learn and follow directions, have a servant-minded disposition toward residents and all staff colleagues.
